As you well know Dental Practices have been closed around the country since March. During these unprecedented times, I would like to thank you all for your patience. We have been helping patients with their Dental Emergencies as far as possible by phone.
We are now open. We will be contacting patients 24 hours before their appointment is arranged to complete the COVID-19 Form above. On the day of the appointment, patients will be advised to wear masks if they wish and wait in the car until called upon. There will be no use of a waiting room or toilet facilities. Please arrive on time for your appointment. On entering, a non-contact thermometer will be used to take your temperature and a hand-wash using sanitizer. Please enter the premises unaccompanied.
The options of treatments available will be limited, by using non-spraying procedures [non-aerosole]. Emergency patients have first priority. All payments and consent forms will be undertaken by telephone prior to the appointment. We will send you a payment invoice. This allows you to pay for your appointment prior to arriving at the practice. In turn, we can mitigate potential spread through hand card readers. We accept debit, credit, MasterCard and PayPal.
